Mcdonald's

I would give them zero stars if I could; my family and I just got home from vacation on May 5th and just wanted a quick bite. My husband put in the order, and no one repeated it back or left it on the screen for him to verify it was right. Also, the young lady taking his order sounded high. Anyway, he gets home with the food, restaurant is literally 2 min from the house. The french fries were ice cold, the nuggets were double fried to the point of being hard to bite into, and they gave us 4 sandwiches that we did not order, apple pies instead strawberry pies, and was missing 6 McChicken add cheese and tomato and 6 of the McDoubles out of the 10 we ordered. Plus it was all cold! I called to speak to the manager, she said she couldn't replace it- ONLY what was on the receipt, which half of it was not what we ordered. Then told me, she would have to get approval from their GM to even give me a refund or anything- wth!!! I asked how does any of that make sense, it was not us who messed up the order or gave out cold food and refried nuggets??? I want a refund! She FINALLY said ok, but u need to bring me back the food with the receipt. I told her gladly bcuz what they gave us is inedible and disgusting! And do they want the drinks back too?! (Lol) I don't think I will be returning to this McDonald's for a while, so busted and disgusted- plus the manager or whomever I was speaking too also sounded high. Kept repeating the same questions and not understanding what was wrong, I guess they hire anyone these days.

Barely average Decided to try the "New" Crispy Chicken Sandwich Used the phone app and proceeded as instructed. Still had to wait. The line was busy. about 8 cars ahead of me. Don't see the convenience of using the App. it takes just as long. I was underwhelmed by the sandwich. Chicken was dry. It was crispy and flavor not terrible but I expected better. In comparison the competition wins Sorry. The Shamrock shake was great as always.

Horrible experience, everytime I order food it's never correct, I ordered a double quarter pounder and it had no onions on it one pickle and barely any ketchup or mustard and it happens everytime, I won't go back again. Workers want $15/hour but can't even make a simple sandwich...it's not hard I did it high school for crying out loud
