Good customer service. Weird that they turn off the "open" sign hours before closing.
Also, hot sandwiches frequently have cold meat in them.

Shauna, the Subway manager, was delightful, courteous and helpful. We enjoy the Italian meat lovers sub. The dill pickle chips are addictive. We'll be back.

Great customer service at the Flat Rock NC location. We had a large group order that was not easy, but the manager went above and beyond to complete it all perfectly. We appreciated their patience with us and their gracious, professional courtesy.

It has been a while since we have eaten at Subway. Covid hurt every business, but they had bad staff before. The new staff and management is wonderful as is the food. A great place to go enjoy a meal.

We ordered the classic sub platter and the classic wrap platter. Compliments all around. Everyone enjoyed it thoroughly. Staff was courteous and very helpful. I had to drive 25 mins to pick up and I will be doing so again!!!! Kudos
