Very nice looking store.
I don't understand why when you ask for no onion, they put onion, when you ask for sauce, they only put it in one end.
I asked for the regular chicken sand, and they gave me avery hot and spicy sandwich.
When I brought it to the workers attention, she could care less and just blew me off. What the heck is going on in this world. Pay higher wages and the quality of service goes down the toilet. Not a happy customer 😒

Going to this taco bell / long John silver's is always like hit and miss as far as the quality of service and the food . It seemed like a lot of confusion with orders. Somebody had received mine but never left and said that that was not his order , which happened to be mine . Employees usually will call out names to orders being served . Fish seemed to be ok.

Very bad fish platters deep fried in greases and burnt. They were all dark brown very hard. All staff were kids and lobby was very dirty. Don't eat fish only tacos...

The worst Taco Bell in Flagstaff, food is always cold, orders always wrong. The employees in the drive thru are always on their phone texting and not paying attention to customers. Do not go to this location. Coconino County health should go inspect this place for safe food temps and management should step up and discipline employees who are slacking off. Horrible

I actually did LJS's. I can't do taco bell any more. The food is food but you have to double check your order. They did not pay attention to the fact I'm allergic to cabbage and gave me coleslaw in my order.

Ordered Fish and Shrimp Platter. Too much salt inside fish/shrimp also on fries. I remove uperstup then eat..watch out for, there are also long-term effects of eating too much salt. It might raise your chances of things like enlarged heart muscle, headaches, heart failure, high blood pressure, kidney disease, kidney stones, osteoporosis, stomach cancer, and stroke.

I've eaten here numerously, one of the very few establishments (both corporate and independent) who sincerely hone up to their mistakes, and make things right. Made two consecutive orders here, as Im killing some time, third order, guess what?...i just ordered two servings of cinnamon twists, and guess what? On the house. This newer crew they have are on point. The food i received was built perfectly, if not at the least exceptionally. Thanks taco bell on east route 66 flagstaff, you all are on POINT. much respect.
