Avoid at all costs. Disrespectful, unprofessional, and inexperienced staff that aren't even being trained to properly serve customers. There are a number of issues over the years echoed through the reviews here, and they're all dead on. This place should close down.
To add, the value proposition of the food is not sensible and it doesn't taste very good relative to what I remember BK tasting like. Seriously, the prices are ridiculous, so just buy locally instead at $11 a burger. Odds are they will work for your dollar instead of feel entitled to it.

The customer service is good. But unfortunately the request of the order didn't come out so well. I requested a cheeseburger with just cheese nothing else on it . got a cheeseburger with cheese pickles mustard and ketchup. My son is unable to have red dye. The hamburgers the cheese wasn't even melted it was still cold so the experience overall was not that great.
I suggest checking your order after you exit the drive thru.

They can not get a single thing correct, ordered from them (through Doordash and receipt on bag says its our order) and order was missing 2 whoppers 2 large fries and 20 nuggets. The one whopper we did get has tomatoes on it, non of our burgers were supposed to. Do your job with atleast some dignity people.

This burger king needs to learn ADA compliance and better customer service! Thus burger king is terrible! My husband whom is PROFOUNDLY DEAF went in this morning to order breakfast and the punk behind the counter was rude and disrespectful. My husband asked him to please write down what he was asking/saying to him and this punk threatened him with the police. My husband is a 25 year veteran who has lost his hearing during service and with covid. This is completely unacceptable! No one wears name tags so this whole staff including the district manager is in for it. They will LEARN what ADA compliance means. I will be filing an ADA complaint due to the simple fact that they do not return calls. Thank you for NOT doing your jobs!

The burgers was way over priced and it was lukewarm and the fries tasted like thy been there for a while, I order Dr pepper and thy gave me sprite and I also said medium and charged for large I think this establishment needs to get it together!!!!!!! I use to work for burger King as a teenager so I know what freshly made is ... I'm very disgusted with this place most likely will not Return....🤨

We're great fans of Burger King.
And the Wopper is second on our list after
In n Out. But. This Flagstaff Az. store wasn't the best.
One major issue was the cleanliness of the soda area. It was filty. This store is'nt very busy. No excuse for not having employees keeping this area spotless.
Second. But should be first. I had the Wopper meal. Frys very dry and barely warm. Hamberger, normally juicy, very dry meat wasn't just off the grill. Our order went to the cook, he overlooked my Wopper. I had to wait after two other customers that ordered after me.
This store needs help
Don't know who owns this store. But. It's not going to last very much longer.

This Burger King can only accept four digit coupon codes. They cannot accept six digit coupon codes. The last time I tried to order here they didn't offer any coupon codes or mobile ordering. I'm disappointed that I'm not able to get the same deals at this Burger King as I can from most other Burger King locations. Other than missing mobile discounts, the service and the food here is satisfactory.
