Pizza Hut

Okay, so I had a coupon from the newspaper for a 1 large 3-topping and 8 boneless wings for around $18 and some change. I order for a dine in and got a hand tossed pizza with pepperoni, chicken and olives for $18.47. For the boneless wings I order buffalo mild for $7.99. The pizza was okay but I was not impressed it did the job of filling my stomach. The mild buffalo wings was overloaded with vinegar so I had to drench it in ranch to cancel out the vinegar taste. Lastly I order 3 Sprites which came out to $8.37! The total for the meal would have been $34.83 without tax, dang! But with my coupon I apparently saved $9.97, so my total came out to $24.86+ $2.72 for tax with a total of $27.58 for an okay pizza, over vinegar-ated boneless wings, and the 3 drinks that would have bought me 3 cases of soda! Lastly the whole atmosphere of the restaurant is still set in the 70s', the place needs to be renovated.

After having a rough week on a vacation that crashed and burned in a fiery blaze this Pizza Hut's staff showed great hospitality by constantly checking if everything was ok and to fix their mistake of missing bell peppers, they provided my party with a free pizza. Micheal was by far one of the best Pizza Hut employees I have met. He showed great enthusiasm for working and kept my entertained the whole time we were here.

Honesty I have never knowingly had Pizza Hut until tonight and was surprisingly pleased! Pizza was delivered within 30-minutes on a Friday night. Everything was perfectly baked and hella tasty. Our driver managed to find us in a place with poor signage and took directions like a champ. Funk yes, Pizza Hut Flagstaff. Funk yes.

The pizza was good and the server was friendly and attentive. The four rating is due to cleanliness which could be the time of day we went. We went in at 5:00 PM which I thought would be busy but wasn't. However, being from out of town I'm not sure of their peak hours and they may have been doing shift change work.

Service and employees are hardly ever nice with dine in or drive thru for pick up. Employees are always on their phone. And they never give you the condiments you need for your food. On top of that we were informed that they charge separately for cheese and peppers!!!!! I’m surprised they didn’t charge us for napkins and plates!

We came here for a birthday party with our grandson. Our meal was mostly perfect (breadsticks were dry with hardly no taste to them), pizza was great! But what really gets the 5 stars is our server and the place. It was nice and clean, not busy at all and our server (I wish I knew his name) was wonderful! He provided us with everything we asked for (tons of extra sauce, refills, knife to cut cake, helped serve). He even enjoyed a piece of cake with us! Wonderful location!
