I don't usually drink coffee so I can't say much about their drinks, but their pastries and desserts are good. Staff was always helpful, once it happened that they were out of something that I pre-ordered online so when I got there they offered to give me basically anything else instead of it. Place is pretty chill, I think it's a good spot to catch up with some work and grab some snacks, especially during the winter months when it's too cold to sit anywhere outside.

This store is absolute garbage. My drink is always made wrong and my drink is not complicated. The baristas need trained. I'm not wasting my transfers anymore. If I could give a 0 I would.

I know there are all kinds of products stores can’t get right now. But can you tell me why this store is always out of products. Mocha, White mocha, caramel syrup, almond milk. Every week they are out of items. Why is it the other store on campus can get products but this store can’t? I’m finished going to this store. I will wait until my first class is over and go to Union Starbucks. Al least they have what I want.

(Reviewed during COVID-19) The inside was well kept but my friends were not satisfied with their drinks. Both refreshers were very foamy and one was missing its add ins. Other than that the experience was fine. I’m glad they accept the Starbucks app.

The energy the employees have at 8am is insane and amazing! Service is always fast and great! Since it's on a college campus it important to get drinks out fast and they do that but they're not just about quantity, the drinks they make are great!

1) out of wooden coffee stirrers. When asked, they didn’t have. Had to ask for a plastic spoon to stir the sugar in.
2)google shows that this place has WiFi but when I asked I got a shrug and was told about university WiFi (which obviously won’t work if you don’t have an affiliation with the university)
3) cell signal barely works here. So if you are thinking of using your phone as a hot spot, good luck!
4) Also watch out - you cannot redeem your SB points in this location.
Finally, the tables were dirty and I had to clean them up to set up my laptop.
Had planned to spend some time in this location with my coffee, but had to literally run off from here.
Looks like this is a limited service Starbucks run by some college kids as a part time job on a best effort basis. Starbucks should clearly label these locations as such, to avoid brand dilution.
