Pizza Hut

I don't go online to bash on businesses- I really don't! But this Pizza Hut has been a really bad experience. I ordered a delivery pizza for my office staff a month ago as a "Thank you" for their hard work. See the picture below- that's how it was received. Rock hard, cold, disheveled, grease all over the top of the box. Looks like it had quite a ride in the five minute drive from Pizza Hut to my office. I felt horrible- this was supposed to be a treat for my staff and was so disappointed I spent $40 on awful pizza. I completed the survey on the receipt for my experience and receive a $10 off coupon. Last night, I thought it'd be nice to get some delivery since I'm packing and moving, all my dishes are packed. I decided to give Pizza Hut one more go, since I had $10 off an order anyway. I applied the discount at online check out and it should have been $22- I even had the verification. I got my delivery and the receipt said $33- no discount applied. I called the store- they seemed bothered by me bringing this to their attention and said they've never had this happen- seemingly didn't beieve me. They gave me $10 store credit again to use in the future. No way, I'm never going to this place again, or any other Pizza Huts. The only reason I tried Pizza Hut the 2nd time was due to the $10 off I should have received. I should have known to just wait a bit longer and have some of the local Flagstaff pizza businesses deliver. Lesson learned.

Dine In. This location was was above average. It was not the cleanest location, the decor was outdated and dingy. However, the customer service was quick and friendly. I had ordered two medium sized pizzas, the quality was the normal Pizza Hut standard, delicious. I also ordered hot wings, the quality was good but not great, they were over cooked, but the size of the wings and the amount of meat made up for it. After this experience, I would most likely not return to dine in, but I would definitely carryout or delivery. 3 out of 5 stars.

Staff was friendly. I mentioned we were in a hurry. The waitress did her best to keep things moving along quickly. Offered lemon for our ice water. Thank you, yes. Usually I have to ask for it. Pizza done to perfection. So we're the garlic knots. Even friendly people in the restaurant. Best Pizza Hut I've ever been in.

We were seated immediately. Drinks were served quickly. Ordered in a timely manner. Appetizers were brought out fast and the hot pizzas followed. Drinks were refilled often and our waitress checked on us often. Restrooms are clean. Although it's a small salad bar, it's good. For being a large party at Pizza Hut, we were highly satisfied with our dinner. We continue to eat there often. No complaints from us.

The fIrst impression was that how dirty the restaurant was. However we decided to eat there because it was pretty late evening and we were hungry. We waited for a long time to get help for being seated. We should left at that point at least. First we ordered drinks but we never received our drinks till we left. Chicken wings were under cooked. They came with some red blood spot and overall pinky center. I did not order steaks. We also ordered a pizza with a half for supreme and the another half for cheese. A whole supreme pizza was put on our table and we were being asked ‘is this OK? We don’t make a half & half pizza’. I could not take any more, so I replied ‘I cannot take it and the chicken wings were not cooked properly. We are leaving.’ They didn’t even come back to check with me before they bake the pizza what they chose. Till we didn’t get our drinks. They don’t even deserve one star on this review.

Food was decent however, for only 4 tables not busy.They Never Answer The Phone..The entire time my family and I were there eating...the phone!..LOUD ring..ring..ringing..Over and over...not sure why it need to be so loud.for the entire 30 min we waited for our pizza...I did enjoy the super loud classic rock...It was just like I was taken back in time, in my favorite night club! ...but the ringing continues ....loud..over and over......yeesh...I would highly recommend a head set..but regardless we will be back.
