Staff were not the friendliest. Our order was rather large, however we were charged for an order that I told the cashier we did not want, and then we did not receive the order we were charged for. Staff made it right no issues, I likewise have worked in fast food and understand mistakes happen and am grateful the staff fixed the issue, just wish they would have been more friendly. All of our food was very delicious!
These guys always give you great portions and unlike most other places you go they don't skimp on the CHEESE! This was one of the 3 soft Del Tacos I ordered yesterday. Look at how much stuff they stack onto a taco! You really get your money's worth here folks! Love this place.
I never visited a DelTaco prior till tonight. The service was so far above my expectations that i felt compelled to write up a review for the individuals working there (Sheldon, Cheyenne, Eric, Jesus). My food came out so fast I didn't even get a chance to fill my beverage cup before it was done. More importantly I got to witness the service of a few other customers in front of me in line and I think Sheldon is someone deserving a closer look. Being the small business owner that I am I could see that he has the attributes that has the ability to be a bigger factor in an organization. Clean tables, competent staff. Cashier repeated our order back to make sure she had it correctly. Special order burritos came labeled and were made correctly. Much appreciated!
