A Dennys is the same anywhere you go. The food is good and fast. Service is great and the menu selection is large. The 24 hours Service is the part of the restaurant. The atmosphere is clean, restroom are clean and the dinning room is large. Dennys is always a great choice for travelers and locals.

I have always liked eating here but not today. It's not the food but the waitress. I kept trying to wave her down, but she kept ignoring us. I looked for them to ask for stuff. I had to ask for silverware, syrup, coffee, and to-go cup. It took a whole hour to get our 2nd cup of coffee. Another customer complained about her that a cop had to be called, but she left before he arrived. That's how bad the service was.

No regular tea, no fish, no salad
We had to wait forever to be given menus and order. When we ordered we found out about the food items they didn't have that we were requesting (they probably ran out of other things too) It was around 730pm...
When the food arrived:
hard spaghetti noodles(like when they don't cook the ends), burned peppers but raw broccoli, no mushrooms on the bourbon chicken. We had to ask for syrup and silverware a couple times before it appeared.
The 2 Waiters then left, just walked out and never came back. We had to ask for the check 10 minutes later from someone else. After waiting another 10 min, we we're finally able to cash out with another (3rd) cashier but they didn't give me a check to review just rang up. Total didn't sound right, so I asked for the paper copy and... overcharged $2 for each drink! (Like $12/13) She fixed it, we paid and left. Well over 30 minutes after wanting to depart!
They mixed up the phone orders while we were there as well (we had the table next to the register, watched it all go down)
One person got the steak dinner but there was basically only potatoes to choose from. $15 for a steak the size of a normal palm (not monster hands) and french fries...felt like a rip off!

This Denny's was great. We were served by Cody who was excellent. We had some questions about the menu and he was thorough and happy to explain. He was pleasant, and enthusiastic. At checkout, he gave us a reward card with 20% off. The food was served quickly and well prepared. We both had items from the 55 plus menu and they hit the spot. The portions were just right and the price was modest. Would definitely visit this Denny's again.

Good location. We ordered online and picked up in store and they got our order correct despite only having one cook at around 10pm on a Sunday. Restaurant looked clean and they have plastic separators throughout the seats. We got the beyond burger and they were cooked to perfection. They also have vending machines. Thank you!!!

Listen carefully, y'all.
We arrived at a not busy/many available tables time and were initially puzzled by the fact that we had to wait. Not too long, maybe 5 minutes.
Our hostess was also our waitress and that's when it hit me: (and this is important!) THIS LOCATION IS OPERATING ON A SKELETON CREW.
The wait for the food was 35 minutes. The food was tasty and hot (yum!) and the overworked staff were friendly, but not talkative, just doing the best they could under the circumstances.
I am giving them 5 stars because, despite the fact they were clearly understaffed, I saw NO SIGNS that blamed the government or lazy people, they didn't make accusations, excuses, it was just "here it is, we hope you like it" kinda vibe and I can appreciate it.
We left full of good food, which was the whole point. I'm not going to fault them for things out of their control. Please, y'all, be kind to waitstaff while the world rights itself. Have patience!

We come to this location a couple times a month, when in Flagstaff. The food is always good & the servers are friendly. Service is ok, when not too busy, b/c there seems to be only 1 server before 9am. The amount of take-out orders appears to really put the 1 cook behind. It is one of the nicer Denny's, though.

Our server, a young man, service was a 5 star. Took forever to get food. It was really busy so I can understand as to why things turned out the way they did. Our hash browns were over cooked and parts of it burnt and very greasy.
I ordered the lumber jack and I got one
tiny piece of bacon.
And they had their air conditioning on and it was freezing where we sat. Our food immediately got cold. Nothing worse than cold eggs. It was snowing outside.
Will not come back.
