Grimaldi's Pizzeria

My family and I came here looking for some pizza while we were visiting Flagstaff and all of us walked away believing we had tasted the best pizza we have ever had. The entire experience was wonderful. What blew our mind was our waitress, Meaghan (I hope I'm spelling it right), because she carried herself very professionally, was very pleasant, and was very well knowledged of the menu. Each of these are traits that should be standard for waiters/waitresses, but Meaghan was still in training and we were her first table that she had ever waited on. We couldn't believe we were her first table! The atmosphere was awesome, the food was amazing, and the service was perfect.

Best experience!!! I love the pizza here. I celebrated my 21st birthday here and they made a customized drink for me which was delicious! Our server Dimitri was fantastic!!! Overall an amazing time!!! And the food came out so fast. Their black cherry cheesecake was sooooo yummy. I can't wait to come back!

second time visiting, waiter doesn’t want to work. it was like pulling teeth to hear the beer menu, no beer list and wasn’t helpful telling me what was on tap, apparently coors and budweiser? mumbled a lot too. some guy working at 3pm on 12/9/2021, not the door guy original review excellent ingredients! fantastic decor with the wine bottles for lights! just wow! coming back for sure

Margarita pizza tasted like cardboard. Worst margarita pizza I have had. It was dry and they skimped out on the cheese and over cooked it. The basil was burnt and crispy. The dough tasted like nothing. It was like eating a bland cracker. Would not recommend this place. Another flagstaff business ripping customers off with bad food and over expensive prices.
