Drinks are fine. Unfortunately they stopped taking cash for drinks, but is able to take cash for other items. Store manager is understanding and tries to work with you. ( rarely there to do so, and no one else is able to work with you on not ordering online) i dont use credit carda only use cash. Also sent emails to corp, they dont care if they loose service.

I was over in the area for a appointment and have been craving a smoothie for a while. I came to this location and unfortunately wasn’t the best experience. When walking in the employee that was working at the counter was completely rude. Instead of saying Hi there, welcome, or something customer friendly he just asks if I ordered online and I said no and asked me if I knew what what I wanted! Like I just walked in and haven’t looked at the menu yet. I wasn’t able to get the smoothie I wanted because I felt rushed and I was taking up his time. I’ve worked in customer service before and this was definitely not customer friendly. I should feel welcome walking into a business and clearly that didn't happen today. Only thing positive was the smoothie i chose was good I also wish there was a location on the east side of Madison since I don’t get out here on this side of town enough.

I don't blame the lone person working there but I tried to order smoothies that have no ice cream and got milkshakes anyway. It was roughly what I ordered and still delicious but I'm trying to make healthier meal replacement choices in my day. That said I've been told that this location runs only one person Monday thru Friday which in addition to inaccurate orders when it gets busy also raises an eyebrow to safety. SMOOTHIE KING! Run a two person staff at minimum.

First of all, I came in during the week and it was a circus in there. There was only one small child behind the counters frantically making a bunch of smoothies while many people waited in the lobby. I felt badly for the minor because the minor was clearly stressed about all the smoothie tickets printing and the people in the store. My family and I come in often and I’ve noticed that minors are left alone most of the time. Very understaffed, yet I was told that there are about 23 employees who are working there yet the boss clearly doesn’t want to pay fairly for these teenagers who are clearly doing his job for him. I was also told that this location doesn’t have a manager and that the boss is never at the store... seems illegal to me. My smoothie was good despite the busy time I came in but I feel bad for the employees that work there. Very understaffed for no reason and quite dangerous since mostly women work there. The boss seems shady and I will not be returning to this business because teenagers are being left alone without much training and I don’t like that..

I had to update my post I took points off from an incident that happened Friday. I ordered two smoothies for delivery. The smoothies was lean strawberry two much stevia in there. And strawberry berry smoothie disgusting. I called the store Saturday nobody pick up. I sent an email nobody responded. The Lean strawberry made me sick. I threw both away it was funny because when I went to the store and brought two they was good. I don't know what happened. Never will purchase again. Store number 0440. Oh one more thing they also gave me somebody else smoothie two. When I called them Friday they said that was door dash fault.
