Dunkin'

I used to go to this Dunkin’ Donuts all the time and the manager and assistant manager and their crew were awesome! If you had an issue with your order they would remake it the correct way. The people working there now are rude, disrespectful and are slow! I went to the drive-through and they would take one car at a time after they picked up their order at the window!!! I shouldn’t have to wait more than five minutes to place an order! So now I drive the extra 3 miles to get my coffee where I get the respect that a customer should have!!!

Update: they should just close this dunks. They can’t even get it together enough to open inside. Drive through is stupid long most of the day and hours are all over the place. The old staff was great but since they all quit this place has gone down hill. The first people when they were only drive through couldn’t make a coffee that tasted like coffee and were so slow. This new crew is nice but all the food came out so sloppy. Not in the bread. Under cooked and over cooked in one bag. It’s too bad. Now you never know when they’ll be open. Close early whenever they feel like it. Never open inside anymore.

I understand all the bad reviews. I haven't been here in over a month...everything was awful...undercooked bacon...acid coffee...upside-down frosted donuts leaving all the frosting in the bag. I had no choice this morning...I had to go.. I was prepared for the worst BUT TODAY A CREW OF ANGELS COOKED MY BREAKFAST!!!! Snakin' bacon glazed and crispy. Fresh Croissant and tons of maple sugar bacon on my sandwich. Donut carefully placed in the bag, frosting up and delicious. Iced Coffee that would make world peace break out if everyone was given one. I don't know WHAT changed in there...but today was the Dunks of my DREAMS.

Everyday I come here and every they screw up my order from wrong coffee to wrong food. JustJas ustthey did today. I try and pay, I have to wait what feels like 20 minutes. When you get to the drive through counter you never can just pay and go they mess something up. The coffee is never made correctly it's very watery or super light and I drink my coffee black no sugar. So I have now decided to drive 10 minutes out of my way to go to another Dunkin to get better service and better coffee as well as the correct coffee. Avoid this location!!!!

I was a bit apprehensive to visit this Dunkin considering the reviews, but in the end I had a fine Thursday morning experience. I found it to be sufficiently staffed (6 people behind the counter), and experienced no issues with my order. I had never ordered from a Dunkin that's inside a gas station convenience store before, but this one made a good impression.

Stopped by to see if they could redeem themselves from the last time. They didnt. The old staff last Year was much better it has a new manager now and the bickering behind the counter gets in the way of their work. My food was done before my coffee was even ready due to thier wonderful conversation. Not to mention i watched the manager spill half my drink, and it almost tasted like she just filled it with water instead of actually filling it with coffee again...or even better instead of making a whole new one. Not enough ice in the cup. Not even the right lid for that matter (the used a coolata lid for an ice coffee). Solid to say ill be visiting another dunkin' till this one get their stuff together. The Food is okay now and then, it wont be cooked long enough from time to time The old staff even had a plaque in the window showing they had such fast service. And the quality of product was much better. Dont understand what happened. FIX THIS DUNKINS!!!!

They never toast your food even when you explicitly ask. This is the second time I have recieved a halfway defrosted english muffin. They are very quick with the drive thru customers but this is because they rush and dont toast your food not because they are efficient in anyway. They have also stopped selling any of the summer drink options even though we still have two weeks of August left. I will say they are always pleasant to order from but I wouldnt recommend ordering any food from them.
