Grandson and I had burgers, fries, and a shake. Classic S&S fare, but exceptional service. Food was perfect and delivered super fast. Much appreciated this location.

Food was well made, and shakes tasted amazing. The building is clean, and it is clear that the staff put in a lot of effort in keeping the place well kept. During our visit, a man dropped his drink on our table and quickly left, acting like nothing happened. Thankfully, an employee helped clean everything up, so we are very grateful for the help.

We can’t comment on the atmosphere since we ordered in the drive through, but that experience was beyond our expectations. It was busy, but moved quickly. We were promptly greeted by the attendant. The order was taken carefully and quickly. It was accurate and hot. If you’re craving a great steak burger and fries, this is one of the best.

I haven't been I shake and steak for a while because they closed in my city. This location was clean, well staffed, the food was quick and delicious and a great value for the price, service was great. I will definitely be back when I am in town.

The burgers are always dripping in grease, so if a heart attack or a stroke is your thing, go for it. I always feel the need to order a second bun because it's soaked in grease and soggy by the time I sit down. Just a bread soup for buns. Service is decent. I actually saw someone wiping down tables, and that's rare for a fast food restraunt in 2023. One of the few things that is the same from when Steak N Shake was the place to go is the decor, so that's cool

I'm so glad our local Steak n Shake survived the pandemic! I love ordering through the app for pickup, the drive through is always good and it's so much faster in the restaurant with the new computer ordering system. The staff here is super friendly, hardworking, and always so helpful.

If you don’t want anyone to talk to you during a fast food order-in process, this will be an amazing time. It must have been years since I’ve actually been inside a steak and shake but the kiosks where we ordered and paid worked well. Food came to us pretty quick!

Ohmygoodness! This is the best SnS I've ever been to. The level of cleanliness was top tier. They have the kiosks to order and the self serve drinks now. They didn't have that pre covid. Everything was done in a timely manner. And look at this food! That is commercial ready. Everything was 10/10 perfect!!!! You can tell the people who work there care and have work ethic which is so rare these days. Good job y'all!!!
