They just received reward for being the fastest drive thru in there area. Food good, they need to fix some lighting it is burnt out but that is something I only notice being an electrician.

This is the best Wendy's I've been to in Indiana. Went there for lunch 2 days in a row and the food quality and service were so good. Wish all Wendy's can have the quality this one have.

Was having a really bad day. The woman who took my order in the drive through made everything better! Laughed and made jokes with me through the entire process and made me feel really good. It was the best food experience I've had in a while - and it was a Wendy's drive through. I wish I had the woman's name because she was amazing. The food was great too. I got a salad and it was fresh and the lettuce mix was crunchy. Will definitely be going back. ❤️

I went yesterday 7/28 and was extremely upset with the quality of my food, didn't get a receipt so I had to go online and submit a complaint. With that being said I still gave them five stars because Keith reached out to me within hours of them opening today and apologized for the issue, thanked me for reaching out and seemed very genuine. Everybody has off days hopefully this was just a one time thing and when I go back for my replacement meal I'll have a better experience.

I have been here twice now and only in the Drive-Thru. The food is always hot and fresh! And they accommodate my special request perfectly. I'm only giving 4 stars because the customer service leaves something to be desired. My visit tonight in particular was pretty shameful. When they answer the drive-through speaker it only sounds like static and not someone speaking to you. So both times I have asked if they're ready to take my order. Tonight the girl said "Yeah" and I could almost hear her eyes rolling. Then when I got to the window she took my payment handed my drink to me and slammed the window shut. When she open the window to give me my food she practically threw it at me and slammed the window again. If their manager is reading these reviews I certainly hope 1. They get that speaker fixed and 2. They work with their staff on the customer service skills.
