Ordered a simple chicken star kids meal. Was charged for a full size chicken stars, charged for milk, and charged extra for the fries. Then was just given a toy when we asked for the 3rd time to verify it was a kids meal. Terrible customer service and co plate inaccuracy, even after we repeatedly asked to verify that it was correct. There was only one person in line in front of us and no one behind us so it wasn't a matter of them being overwhelmed or too busy!

Wendy's across the street had a drive-thru line that went around the building. Decided to give Carl's Jr a try. VERY pleasantly surprised. Not much of a wait and good food for a GREAT price. Good service too. Thank You!

They don't even know their menu. You try to order a 6 price chicken nuggets and 2 different cashiers argue with you saying they don't have it. After this I will prefer to eat gas station food or go across the street and eat Wendy's

Ordered breakfast here. Biscuits were obviously microwaved and disgusting. Not the quality I'm used to from Carl's Jr. This location is particularly bad they mess up your order and the food has gotten terrible

I love the yummy biscuits and gravy hot and fresh soft biscuit good flavor price is not bad I will definitely go again ...
Altho The outside drive threw menu was hard to see since it was frosted over, perhaps spray some alcohol on it so the customers can see the menu through the frost. I would highly recommend food !!!

Worst chicken sandwich I’ve had in a while. The chicken patty was half the size of the bun and that was half the size of the box. Meal cost $10. Wendy’s across the street is a much better value and taste.

Food was rushed, cheese wasn't melted, and it was cold. Outside was burnt and warm, but inside was cold.

Not too impressed with their food at this location, can't quite pinpoint but it definitely not as good and tasty as others. Carl's Jr used to be one of my faves for a quick burguer but their quality has sure declined over the years!
