Stopped by here while I was supercharging my Tesla. Ordered chalupa supreme meal, it was yummy and fresh as always. This looks like a spanking new Taco Bell.

This Taco Bell was absolutely a disaster. We got there at 1pm hungry for food. We stood in line for 25 min to place an order, then waited for another 20 min with the other 20+ customers and were told that they ran out of food, did not have enough staff and the machines broke down!! Everyone asked for canceling their orders and refund. Nobody took care of their angry customers. Everyone walked out of that Taco Bell mad and disgusted.
Then I called the Taco Bell customer service line week after week providing feedback and asking for refund. Each time they promised to call me back with resolution on canceling the order. They never did.
Taco Bell is the worst brand I have ever met. If I visit another Taco Bell in my life, I am stupid.

The food tasted great. It came out quick.
The air conditioning was very cool 👌
Problem was with service. There was a lot lacking. Two employees walked away from me without asking if I needed anything when I came up to get a drink. There were no tables clean even though it wasn't really busy, the trash was an inexplicable mess, etc. etc.

I have never reviewed a QSR poorly before because I used to manage two restaurants, and I know how difficult the industry can be. That being said, kindness is free. This Taco Bell closes their dining room at 8, but keeps drive thru open. Myself and my girlfriend arrived at 758. Their doors were locked, and their dining room was packed with people still eating and others ordering. A customer opened the locked door for us because they found it bizarre too. Then an employee stopped us, and informed us about their dining room closing. I understood and said I would go through the drive thru but if my girlfriend could use the bathroom because we had been driving for some time. They refused! We had been driving for 4 hours at that point. I understand it’s not their job to let us use the bathroom, but are they really going to refuse service to a woman when we arrive before the actual closing time? Whether franchised or corporate owned, the crew needs re-training on customer service.

This was certainly a very unpleasant experience for me. First of all, they didn't really want to wait on people, they directed them to the kiosks. Now, they may have been shorthanded so I may be able to let that slide. But secondly, they had the air conditioning set to at least 50 degrees! I could see my breath when I was inside the restaurant, and that is not an exaggeration. It was painfully cold even with a sweatshirt on. When I mentioned this to one of the employees she merely laughed and said she'd check on it. If she did, she didn't do anything about it as it never warmed up inside. Needless to say almost everyone was eating outside.

Decent service and hot food... However they expect every one to automatically know about ordering yourself if you are using card... As soon as customers walk in you should here welcome to Taco Bell please order self serve unless using cash or something....

The dining room was closed and the staff yell at you to use the kiosk. No signs indicating that. I had problem with my order and it took 10 min just to get someone to talk to me about it. When I finally did get my order, my burritos were small and cold. We had better service and hot food next door at McDonald's.

This place can be stressful when it’s full. I like the food and easy to order. I would recommend it if you are going on a road trip and need some food. I have been to different locations and this one is better in terms of food quality.
