Pizza Factory

ATT: Prices are more than what they’re shown online, I hardly come here but when I do, staff is very under knowledges to the point where it’s offensive to ask a question about the prices? The prices are very different from what is shown online (F.Y.I.) so after asking all that without a response, the short colored eyed Hispanic walked away very disrespectfully in middle of my question about the price, after it was found wrong by the knowledgeable manager I was given my money back for the extra charges that don’t show up on recipes. ATT: they do not show price of item on receipt so they could charge you incorrectly please verify if you’re rich give an extra tip so don’t charge us folk so expensive for something we didn’t get, it was not a mistake FYI cause I double check with the crew members that was corrected by me& the manager incharge, i hope no one gets overpriced for something they didn’t purchase.

For $31 plus $5 tip the most overpriced disgusting pizza iv ever had. First and last time ordering from this chain. Ordered based on reviews and obviously the reviews must be from people who haven't ever eaten a pizza. Soggy horrible crust. Disgusting sauce. This fcn pizza was so bad this is the first review I've ever done.

So one day I was walking down the street and as I walked pasted the pizza factory some worker grabbed me and dragged me into the pizza factory and held me captive for four years and they forced me to eat pizza nothing else just pizza it was so traumatizing I can’t look at pizza the same anymore… but over all good experience 😁👍

I would literally give this place no stars at all! Decided to try pizza factory again being my fiance favorite place USUALLY in different towns, knowing I have always hated it in firebaugh I was beyond disappointed once again! Ordered a Greek salad that they forgot to mention wasn't on menu hand me a container to make a salad from salad bar. Get my pizza home to see its hardly even cooked completely doughy under the ingredients! Will never go back again waste of money the dogs barely wanted to eat!
