Culver's

This was my first time eating at Culver’s, and my impression was “mediocre fast food”. I ordered the sourdough melt and my husband ordered the double butter burger. Both combos. As you can see in the picture, I basically got a half burger-half grilled cheese sandwich. My husband was brought a single burger, so he went back up to the counter and was given a patty to put on his current burger. Lol. Ridiculous. The fries were good. The place was clean. I didn’t have the desire to try the desserts after the experience, and may never bother.

Took them 20 minutes to bring me my order of a concrete mixer to my car, not during a rush period. Got my order wrong. Waited another 10 minutes, and it had almost none of my mix in. While it seemed like the drive thru window operators were goofing around. The deliverer seemed very nice and apologetic.

We've tried the burgers on two different occasions and they were burnt to the point we couldn't eat them. I tried to ask them to be remade and was given very rude service and they refused to remake. On a positive note the cheese curds and pretzels with cheese are good, but if your looking for friendly/good service or a good burger I wouldn't recommend Culver's for that.

First and last visit out of state 3 different orders, drive thru. 2 great Fish made to order but that Burger cheeseburger combo. Cheeseburger was DRY like old and it was lunch time. If we hadn't got back on the road, I would've went inside and gave it back to them. My 95 year old mother had to wait until we could stop again to get her something to eat.💯👎👎👎
