Burger King

About what you would expect from any other Burger King, though this one is combined with a convenience store and gas station. Pretty busy, and our order took longer to come out than expected, but the food was good. All the tables were filthy, but a worker immediately took care of it when I pointed that out. Service was fairly good, considering how busy they were.

This was the worst experience of my life. First they would not let us make a separate order at the drive through. Then we had to wait 20 minutes just to get to the window (with only 2 cars ahead of us). Once we got to the window we waited another 10 minutes before we got our food. As I was waiting I noticed that not ONE person was wearing a mask. They also had two random teenage kids back there who also had no mask on. When I confronted then about the two teenagers they said that they worked there, but they did not have the work cloths on... I brought up the fact that no one had masks on and that lead into a 15 minute argument with the manager that ended with her saying that they are tired of wearing them. I also had another employee from the back yelling something at me. All in all avoid this place! Customer service was a joke and they don't care about being clean when cooking your food.

This location is terrible. We went to the drive thru and waited 10 minutes for nobody to take our order. Drove up to the window and could see the staff sitting in the dining room talking. This is not the first time we’ve had horrible service. Save yourself the headache and go to Carl’s Jr. at the north end of town, they are prompt, friendly and food is fresh and hot. Burger King is a joke.

We came in with three small children (1 baby), and it took them 25 minutes to get us our food, but without our asking for it, they refunded our credit card. We had to ask them to turn their soda machine back on (apparently they'd just cleaned it) but they did so and apologized for the inconvenience. One of the Capri Suns in our kids meals was missing a straw and rather than look for a hot chocolate stirring straw or something for us they just gave another drink. They may not have their act entirely together, but it looks like they're trying...
