The young lady who took my
order was pure sunshine. She
greeted me with a big smile. She
was polite, courteous, & genuine.
On the other hand, the young
lady who made the iced (min)
coffee filled it 3/4 full of ice,
no creamer. When I asked for
cream, she attempted to pour cream in an ice filled vente and the
coffee flowed onto the counter.
Did she offer to wipe my cup? No.
She never looked at me, no greeting,
no respect. Worse experience yet.

It was very busy, very early but the guy at the drive through window was very nice and professional. 👍☕☕🥐

Friendly staff but out of several things and unusually slow service; 20 minutes to get an iced tea they suggested as the substitute for the flavor they were out of, even though there was no one in line in front of me. There was, however, a line in the drive through and several customers milling around also waiting for their orders.

I just wanted to say that this location has always been one of my favorites! The staff is always incredible but especially the last month! I have now done this twice (totally by accident) I put in a mobile order thinking that I could go inside to pick it up and came to realize that the lobby is closed until 5:30. Not only did one of the really sweet employees come out to help me, she realized I couldn’t fit my truck through the drive through and both times walked me out my order! Just so kind and so over the top! The morning crew deserves some love! ❤️
