Taco Bell

According to google, the store is suppose to close at 3.00am. We arrived at the drive through at 2.15 and we waited for about 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge us. No one did so we ended up driving to the next window where we saw that there were employees inside and they were actually just chatting away. Someone inside told us that the store was closed. We just decided to go somewhere else. Worst service.

I came here last night, ordered my food, got my receipt, and got the wrong food (bags must have gotten mixed up?) went home and threw away the food, because its not what i had ordered. Came here the next day, and asked for the food that I ordered and the lady was extremely rude, saying that she needed proof, saying that I should have saved the food that i got last night and brought it back today. Gave us our food and i had asked for nacho cheese for a side and she said “no i gave you sour cream” (because that was on the receipt but i had asked for nacho cheese last night as well). Didn’t even get my drinks that I ordered.. not very happy with any of it.. wont come back, thats for sure.

Avoid at all costs. Extremely rude staff. It took 4 minutes before anyone even walked around to the counter to take our order. When i asked for the bathroom code they spoke in Spanish amongst eachother and then switched to english to lie to me and say the bathroom wasnt working. I also had a homeless guy next to me that was soaking wet from the rain and i was talking to him asking him if he wanted an umbrella. So not only did they not care we were there, they lied and possivlbly treated us that way because they thought we were homeless. Im never spending another dime at taco bell. This is the second location in an area near homeless people that wouldnt let me use their bathroom. The last one said it wasnt available. Starting to seem like less of a coincidence.
