Taco Time Nw

Waited 10 years to eat at my childhood favorite, Taco Time, after moving to the East Coast. It was 100% worth the wait. The service was friendly, the place was clean, the fountain drink machine was actually scrubbed, and the cashier didn't even make fun of how excited I was to bite into my crispy bean burrito! 10/10 will DEFINITELY visit next time we're in the region.

Fast service; however, the window attendant never looked up from cash register to acknowledge a question asked regarding receipt. Handed my card back without looking up from register. Crispy beef burrito doesn't taste as good as it did years ago. Mexi- fries tastes like frozen tater tots I can buy at grocery for way less.

Used to have great service, great food. Workers now don’t listen to the order and punch in/ give what they want in the bag. It’s the same people pre-COVID as well so I don’t know what is up, if it’s a management change or overworked. I order meals, do not get the side I order and end up having to throw out food in order to avoid gut issues from their tots. That’s excluding the food poisoning me and coworkers have gotten from this location in the past couple of years. Tried to give benefit of the doubt on product vendors, supply issues, etc but at this point, there is no excuse.

I just went through the drive through at the fife location when it was my turn to order she still had the mic on talking to the car in front of me for at least a few minutes I waited 4 or 5 minutes almost then said hello ? Is anyone there, they replied go ahead , after waiting a few more minutes behind that car I pulled up to the window no Hello , how are you ..nothing didn't even tell me how much my order was . Very disappointing I usually have good service at that location. 😌👎👎 Around 445pm Wednesday 2/23/22
