Round Table Pizza

This may sound petty however when I spend money at the most expensive pizza place I except actual plates not paper plates. I also except then to be able to break a 100 bill @4pm. Lastely they had 6 people working and they cared more about talking to each other and making jokes then actually helping there customers what makes it even worse is one of the 6 people was a manager. Such bad service all around.

If you look at most of my reviews you’ll see that most of them are good reviews don’t usually get irritated by individuals quite easily however today I called to ask if they had pool tables and was told no this is a restaurant not a bar well sir yes you may not have pool tables but it does say so according to Google and so I was calling to confirm you didn’t need to be a jerk

Yesterday 4/24/22 we ordered Pizza, wings and garlic twists from Round table and we picked it up here in Fernley and it was so good😋!! We have been going there for over 7 years and its always so so or not very good but who ever cooked up our lunch Yesterday did a really good job thank you we will be eating there more often!!

This is the worst Round Table in Nevada. I ordered a gourmet vegetarian for delivery. I received a pizza with the white sauce and mushrooms. I drove down to Round Table (3rd time they’ve got a wrong pizza in less than a month) and asked for a manager and explained this isn’t what I ordered. She couldn’t do anything about it (because it was almost closing time) and indicated that a manager would call me in the morning to make it right. That was last week . . .

Poor service. Ordered 24 Classic wings online and was called and told that they were out and offered boneless. I accepted, since my friend already had his order placed.There was no apology or anything. My friend went to pay for his pizza order, they removed his wings from the order and tried to say that he didn't order wings. He had the receipt in his email showing he had, again no apology. Did not receive the correct piece count and the boneless wings were not even coated with seasoning. It was not worth my time to go back and complain as the staff does not listen to their patrons!
