Worst experience I’ve ever had with any Pizza Hut.
I’m a truck driver and was at a local hotel called for delivery the person took my information said he was transferring me to front cashier, they hung up on me instead.
It was 7:51 PM and when I calling back that person flat out lied to me said it was because they close at 10:00PM I Told the guy it’s only 7:51 wouldn’t take my order so called another pizza place and got one from them.
I’d prefer that he told me since I was from out of town he couldn’t take my order, but no reason to lie about it.

The only reason I gave it a 4 star rating was that I spent 33.00 and they wanted to pay for parmesan cheese packets for the pizza!

This pizza is always good, just make sure you get your sauce. They tend to forget it, but be honest and manager will make it right

We have ordered from this Pizza Hut since becoming ful time new residence of Fernley in July. Always prompt and easy to work with, on time and excellent service

Pizza was perfect. Three large pizzas. All toppings where exactly how I ordered except cheese crust. They fixed within an additional 15 min.

This pizza hut is damn good! Delivery is always good, and they haven't messed any of my orders up yet.

The cashier was extremely nice. Every time I call in or go in for a pick up he is always smiling and very welcoming. He is very helpful.
