Arby's

My wife and I were coming home from a daylong motorcycle trip and thought it would be nice to get a quick bite to eat at the Arby’s in Fernley Love truck stop at about 4pm on Monday, 5/30/22. One of the workers greeted us and told us they woul be right with us. We stood in line for over 15 minutes and nobody took our order, while a line behind us grew to 7 parties waiting to place counter orders. We saw that the workers were busy filling order after order at the drive up window, but ignoring the walkup customers at the counter. Should not walk up customers get the same equal treatment as drive up customers? After waiting over 15 minutes we left to get dinner down the road. Terrible customer service! We should have walked through the drive up to get an order placed. Double 👎👎thumbs down!

Unfortunately a mixed review. The guy who served us was awesome and the gyro sandwiches are to die for. I ding the bell every time. But on the day we visited there were no clean tables. No big deal, I carry wipes around with me. I had to wipe the table and seat and the result is as pictured. It put me off a little 🤢 The other side of the wipe was as bad. Not great in today's climate! If staff shortages is an issue, can I suggest a tub of wipes so customers can clean everything down themselves. Awesome gyro sandwich though!
