Jack In The Box

Took a drive to the USA for gas and could not resist heading on over the the Jack in the Box. For our favorite Sourdough Jack. I must say it was very yummy so very fresh and the presentation was so clean, everything was placed perfectly so pleasing to the eye and every bite was complete. I give 100% to the young man that made our meal at approximately 5pm May 16, 2022.

Went here for lunch with two co workers and ended up waiting 35 minutes for 6 tacos and one buttery jack. The entire team moved with the grace of a sloth. They got so overwhelmed they locked the front door to keep people out which was very confusing seeing that there was only 6 people in the store and there was only 2 orders. Moral of the story if you want your boss to think you went AWOL during your lunch break this is the place for you.

stopped in yesterday. went thru drive thru. They asked us to pull around front and wait. We waited and waited as they brought out food to other cars. We got upset and went in and I do want to apologize to the three young people working for my husband's behaviour but I think it would be a good thing if, when asking people to wait in the parking lot they let them know it is going to be longer than a couple minutes. Had they let us know that we would have left and they would not have been yelled at by my husband. I understand the shortage of workers these days but I also don't like sitting in my car and waiting 20 minutes at a "fast food" place.

I'd love to give 5 stars because the gals that work during the day got their stuff together. They are polite and fast and always helpful. Night shift. Thats another story. I always get the same thing from any jack in the box and dude that night wanted to tell me I couldn't have it my way. My order is always the stacked grilled cheeseburger munchie meal with ez ranch and ez cheese. He argued with me about my order and this is what I got. Nothing close to my order. Extremely disappointed in night shift.

Well me and my wife went to Jack in a Box in Ferndale, Wa. 6:25 pm . For we was going to order some Breakfast off your menu and was told they was not serving breakfast at this time. Was going to order # 27 and # 29 for the breakfast menu then was told out of eggs. Well I guess we need to move our business ordering from Jack in a Box. Why have a restaurant if you can’t serve what you have on the menu.
