Mcdonald's

I have not ate at McDonald's and probably two or three years because one pandemic two not going to wait in line. Went in ordered off their menu two for one I got I told no pickles no onions one I'm going to my dog number two it's for me. Onions on both no pickles they're getting paid a lot of money per hour to screw up your order yep Ferndale I will never ever eat there again. I shouldn't have in the first place it sucked the food was not that good but you know you got a mask on you trying to order things get messed up. Other than that staff is pleasant as always. Disappointed

I understand the wait since the drive thru was really long and I ordered inside. One of the self-checkout wasn’t working for the payment so we had to go in line and wait to pay at the register. There was this one super nice guy with blond hair (didn’t catch his name), he seemed like he was working the hardest (working at the register, giving mobile orders, and packing the bags), was super efficient and kind.

Worst McDonald's around! Ordered a Happy meal with chocolate milk and a large diet Coke. They run it up as a Happy meal with a large diet Coke, and then a chocolate milk. Brought up the price to over $10. I asked them to please ring it up the proper way, They refused, and argued with me and said why it didn't matter. Because it doesn't matter how you ranging up the price will be the same. After arguing with me I say whatever and I take my food and go. Only to leave and drive off and have a regular Coke instead of diet Coke. Do your job please.

We didn’t used to have any issues here, but we’ve been getting messed up orders lately and it’s becoming obnoxious and very time-consuming to go back to the restaurant to get the rest of our food. We ordered an orange soda with a kids meal, we got a medium Hi-C, and when I said we had ordered orange soda with a kids meal the gal said “you’ll figure it out.” Maybe she thought it was the same thing, but Hi-C is not the same thing as orange soda, and my kid was disappointed. After checking the app, it looks like the orange Fanta is “currently unavailable” however I wish the people had mentioned this when we ordered, rather than substituting the Hi-C without asking. But they also forgot to put one of our sandwiches in the bag, so we’ve had to go back to the restaurant so that we can get the rest of our food, meaning that we get to choose between eating together at the same time, or eating mostly cold food. Overall, service here has recently gone downhill very quickly.
