New York Bagel Baking Co

I love New York bagel, I really do. I’ve lived here 38 years and there isn’t a better bagel store anywhere. However, some of the new staff is just terrible. The young girl that wears a stocking hat and a hoodie over it messes up my order every time I get her. I almost feel that she’s doing it on purpose. She toast bagels that I ask for a cold, she over charges me, and she acts like she doesn’t want to be there and moves as slow as possible. I really hate to say it, but the experience that I get with the staff leaves me with a stomach ache, and wanting to find a new place to get bagels. It really doesn’t matter how good the food is if you can’t ever get a cracked order, and the staff doesn’t pay any attention to the customers.

Came here with a friend, the person who helped us came around the corner and didn't even look at me when asking my friend what they were ordering. I thought she'd come back around for my order but she met us at the checkout and at that point I was too anxious to speak up after feeling so rushed. I ended up eating one of my friend's bagel sticks-it was fine. Normal bagel. Would go somewhere I feel more comfortable next time.
