Our breakfast was so delicious here at The Patio Place. I ordered the Smoked Salmon with a poached egg over a delicious crepe. We travel all over and this breakfast is on the top of my list. Our waiter was so attentive and the food was out of this world. You can taste the passion behind their mission to serve the freshest ingredients in such a beautiful setting. You definitely need to stop by for breakfast when in Fernandina Beach. You will be delightfully surprised with their delicious crepes. Next time stopping by to enjoy your wine bar!!
The Patio Place is amazing! Amy is awesome and her staff is very attentive. Greatly appreciate that the majority of the menu is available gluten free. Such a wide variety of food choices and excellent beer, cider and wine selection. And it also must be mentioned that the atmosphere is fantastic, so comfortable indoor and out.
I wavered between a 4 and 5 star for the food rating, but went with the 5. 4.5 would have been perfect.
My friend and I ate dinner here - it is a LOVELY place - the atmosphere would be a 6!
Started with a Sangria - it was good but not as fruity as I like. I got the Garlic mussels appetizer. It was good, but the broth wasn’t as garlicky as I would have liked. My friend got the Caprese appetizer. It was also good, but the tomatoes weren’t as ripe as we’d like.
My entree was the Berry Salad with a crab cake. Excellent! The salad had lots of strawberries and candied pecans. I got the balsamic instead of the poppy seed dressing. It was perfect! The crab cake was flavorful and you could taste the crab.my friend got the Chimichurri Cauliflower Steak. It was outstanding. A huge steak of cauliflower well seasoned with wild rice underneath.

Wow! At first glance I was not expecting what turned out to be a fantastic evening. Sat outside on the patio in the cool air with heaters going. Just right. Top notch drinks, the rack of lamb and the lobster ravioli were to die for and the music was perfect. Our server Destiny was outstanding! Finished dinner and moved to a fireside couch to finish wine. It was so pleasant we just stayed and ordered a second bottle rather than get up to go somewhere else. Lots of great places in Fernandina, but don't skip this gem!!
Charming place with delicious food and courteous service. Since it was our first time we tried all the lunch staples: tomato’s bisque- couldn’t be creamier; beet salad with hint of citrus, French dip sandwich and blackened grouper sandwich. The latter with mango-wasabi slaw made for an interesting burst of flavors- sweetness of the slaw combined with spiciness of blackening and delicate flavor of the fish. Will be back for more!
Just come here. Amazing food….had garlic mussels, grilled cauliflower steak with chimmichurri and the chocolate cake. Delicious! Morgan was my server and she was FANTASTIC! Cowboy and Andria Shinn playing. What a duo!!! Oh, and the weather is perfect for sitting outside on the beautiful patio.
10/10! Food was superb! Bennett was our server and was great! From drinks to apps to meals, all were 10/10! Ambience was great with live music. Only downside was the outside patio fans/AC were not working and it was super hot. Several servers tried to fix it but couldn't find the breaker so the owner was contacted. We left before it was remedied. Anywaaaaay......food was phenomenal and we will be back but may sit inside haha! (Mussels could have more crostini)
Never have a dined at a restaurant where the atmosphere was stellar, food was excellent, AND service was the best I’ve EVER had. Bennett made us laugh and never let us get thirsty. He is absolutely THE best and The Patio is incredibly lucky to have him. Because of our experience with him we will most definitely be back!

Wife had a Caesar salad with chicken, I had the French dip, nice and hot, slightly salty. On a sour dough roll.
Just wow! Patio is a fabulous indoor and outdoor dining experience! The absolutely best happy hour on Amelia Island. Always fresh, consistently fantastic food and drinks. We always bring our guests here!

Wow. Let me begin by saying this was our first time to The Patio at 5th and Ash and it was absolutely incredible. We started with the drunken cheesy bread (pictured) and followed it with a carafe of the Red House Sangria which was absolutely delicious. Also, our waitress, Leslee, was wonderful! She is a big part of why our dining experience was so incredible. She is very attentive, upbeat, & personable! For dinner, I had the shrimp scampi which was equally delicious. This place is definitely a hidden gem that I will return to. Absolutely wonderful addition to Amelia Island!!!!
