I started going here around 4 years ago. The food was delicious, full of flavor, generously seasoned. Over the years however the tastes began to decline sometimes it would be extremely salty and inedible or no flavor at all. I've been trying to give the food another chance, but this past year or so it has been consistently bland. Maybe customers were complaining about the boldness of flavor, idk. The vegetables also used to be tender now they tend barely cooked and very hard or in some cases very burnt. It is the same case with the bread, sometimes its undercooked and other times its extremely hard and inedible. The portions also used to be balanced, with an even side of meat and rice, but now its been a huge box full of rice and a small portion of meat. This also wouldn't be a problem if the rice wasn't flavorless. To be fair though, the hummus is still delicious and the soups are still good.

Terrible. Will never go back. Went to this location for first today. Hostess wasn't sure of anything, not even if there was a waitress to come to our table and take our orders or if we had to go to the cash register to her. After ordering they tell us they don't have any hummus that isn't spicy. I have to eat certain foods due to medical conditions so there for I didn't want anything. Then they never took my dinner I did not get off the bill. The manager had spoke with my husband about the issue of them not having hummus, a staple of Mediterranean food. On the way out the manager just looked at me. No apology. Nothing. Great way to ruin a Father's Day meal. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK.

The food is fabulous. But, the meals seem much more scant than a year ago when I first started dining here. I always get the Sautéed chicken and mushrooms. It’s $21 and today it came with 5 one-inch cubes of chicken. Not even one whole chicken breast. Chicken breast is one of the cheapest foods a restaurant can sell. I asked the server for more chicken and I got a few more cubes. I think they were short staffed, but it took an hour and a half to get my food. If I come back, I will probably only pay for the cheaper dishes and hopefully get my money’s worth.

Service is excellent!!! Portions are plentiful!! Food is good!!! I loved everything but the kibbee neyehh. I'm from Detroit and Dearborn so what I grew up with was very different. It was still good and I ate it but my picky mother wouldn't. All in all I really like this place and I'm happy to have better options than the regular coney island.
