A perfect addition to Douglas. They have both sweet and savory pastries that are so good. I also like the back patio where you can sit outside and enjoy your treats. I got a roast beef sandwich which came on a homemade bun with lemon may and greens. It was so good. We also split a couple pastries.

We ordered some cupcakes from Kismet for our daughter's birthday and they were excellent. The frosting was thick but not your typical sugar-laced overload you'd find at other bakeries. The bread has also always been great! It's definitely a stop on every trip to the area!

This bakery has a lovely owner and fabulous baked goods. All 5 kids loved the orange glazed sweetroll and the brownies are awesome. Big proportions and a great atmosphere. We have 9 people and 18 thumbs up.

Awesome bread lots of vegan options. Highly recommend the seedy salt buns, jalapeño hummus, and green sauce. If your lucky they have vegan cupcakes just not so frequently in the summer.

Emphasis on organic and whole grains with an amazing effort put into each item! We stock up for our home breads in Chicago and pack up amazing pastry treats for weekend guests in Michigan. Great produce (organic) and grass fed meats and curated Michigan items with an eye for quality.

The most amazing bread! get the seedy salt bread THE ORIGINAL real deal !It's so fun to go on the weekends for fresh doughnuts and other pastry delights...I have ordered their pizza for a casual Sunday dinner and have never regretted it...btw the seedy salt bread freezes beautifully...on the rare occasion I have leftovers to freeze

The savory breads are fantastic, the green crack sauce is everything! Anything 'Seedy salt' is a classic must try. Sitting in the back garden is so, so lovely.

Best cinnamon bun I have ever eaten. Big, warm, gooey, cinnamon-y, with caramel undertones. Get there as soon after 8am as possible!
