Good Teriyaki. Here in the Puget Sound area there are about a million little mom 'n pop teriyaki joints.. some good , some not so good, and a few especially good… Ichi Teriyaki in 'downtown' Federal Way is in the latter group… There's nothing pretentious about the place… but it's clean, the service is friendly, the prices reasonable.. and most importantly, the Teriyaki is dang tasty. A nice , sweet sauce.. What more can you ask? I have no real complaints at all.. I've eaten there numerous times and will continue.. A couple observations.. The entrée portions could stand to be a little larger (since they're so good I'm always left wishing there was a little more).. and the place can get a little crowded at times… which just means it's popular..
Great food, come in for the lunch special. This has been one of my favorite places to eat for years now. The service is always fast and with a smile & the food is always good. My personal favorite is the spicy chicken, but I have a hard time not getting the chicken katsu, they are both good.
Love the food, absolutely delicious. Chicken teriyaki was flavorful, but not overwhelmingly so. They offer to make anything on the menu spicy and they sure deliver, the spicy chicken variant of the teriyaki was done just right. The sides were great as well, some of the best gyoza I’ve ever had and the chicken katsu was fried to perfection.

Wife and I were uptown shopping and decided to give them a try. We were not disappointed. Prices are fair people are friendly. We had the Mongolian Beef and the Chicken Yakisoba. Both were excellent. We’ll be back.
Teriyaki is delicious and so much flavor. Do wish we could be given more terriyaki sauce. But hey I don't mind paying extra few cents. They also are always kind to my son by giving him candies he love it.
Great place to get teriyaki - always my go-to spot. But I was disappointed because the menu said the bento comes with 2 shrimp tempura but what they put in was actually coconut shrimp. Absolutely not the same and sad they didn't have an accurate description on their menu.
Food was DELICIOUS!!! I has the chicken and pork combo and my friend had chicken and tempura combo and we ordered an order of fried rice....we love leftovers.
I got the veggies she doesn't like...yay me!!!
The teriyaki had the perfect amount of char, everything was fresh and wonderful.
Service was exemplary. Mask policy 10 stars. Asked for vaccine status: per state protocol.
I don't know how I had missed this place. Will DEFINITELY be going back.
Best teriyaki place ever tried. Have a teriyaki by my house, but will make the drive here when craving teriyaki. Great prices and service. Best part the delicious dressing sauce is available near soup station for those who love extra on their salad. Thank you.
