I am not a very big fan of Wendy’s customer service. However, I was at this Wendy’s, and the customer service was absolutely fantastic. I was here on Saturday, February 4th. Put my order in around 12:50 PM. The lady who took my orders name was Maria. She greeted me with a smile, and a, “Hi how are you today”. Doesn’t sound like much but it goes a long way. She had my order out in about 2 minutes tops. All with a smile. She should be promoted to regional trainer. Nice job Maria, A+.

I spend way too much time in drive thru lines in the tri state area so it's always great to go here when I'm in the area because not many fast food restaurants are fast anymore. This Wendys sets a high bar for the rest.

Breakfast was delicious. We were having some trouble with our debit card so we went through the drivethru twice. The lady seemed a little annoyed but told us to have a good day just the same.

Love Wendys food! The quality is hit or miss depending on the location but in general have not had a bad experience yet! Prices are good! Love their lemonade, Frosty & Honey Biscuit breakfast sandwich too! 😋

The spicy chicken sandwich was good but the double stack was dry and not good. I took two bites and trashed it. However everything was made plain like how I asked so the service was fast and friendly no complaints there. I used the app and used the coupon which is probably the best value in the market right now so check it out. The chicken sandwich was so good I forgave the bad double cheese burger. The chicken sandwich was free with a purchase. I went back to the drive thru for a chocolate frosty which was good. I had a spicy chicken sandwich a double stack and a small frosty for $3.80 total. At least the chicken and frosty was good still a great value. Thanks Wendy's.

Good fast food restaurant nice atmosphere for eat in and take out drive thru if you prefer. Place your order and it takes about 5 to 10 minutes being served inside, fairly clean, and usually young girls and guys wait on you seemed kind of friendly, you can make them smile if you treat them like you like being treated. I was satisfied with my service, the bacon double cheeseburger was great.
