The manager at the Fayetteville location is great. She caught an overcharge and reimbursed me promptly. The store looked clean and the food was good.

When they the drive thru and the lady tells me thru the speaker just a moment please which is ok and understandable.

This particular Wendy's didn't quite make the grade. I ordered through the drive through and there were numerous things not right. First I had to tell her she never gave me my credit card back, I ordered sour cream for the chili and it wasn't in the bag, I didn't get straws in the bag for our drinks
I enjoy a burger from Wendy's. The only issue I've had is the buns are stale sometimes and that makes for a lousy burger.
