Ordered online they said come inside 10 min from now and we did and then they said it is going to be a while bc we only have two workers and a line at the window. How does it make sense that ppl with a designated time to pick up are having to wait longer than ppl in drive through? I don't care about this aspect as much as I care that the workers were rude, yelling and inattentive while we attempted to enter the locked building they told us to come in through. When they finally came to the door and let us in we saw there were actually 5 workers and when they were finished they threw the food on the counter and never noted it was ours. Probably a racial thing considering I'm a white girl.

Thank goodness they opened up the dining area again, it seems like they have more help now. The drive-thru line is still horrendous. So you just go in and order at the counter.

Drive-thru is slow extremely slow. If they are not opening up the lobby inside they should be able to handle drive-thru orders a lot quicker than they do this is a problem y'all need to fix it or I will stop coming here.

Salad was crisp and fresh. Fried mushrooms were delish. Service is still drive-through only but was super fast.

They were rude. How're you going to try to compete with chic-fil-a across the street with that attitude? No fork for the salad. I asked for sauce for my tenders amd they gave me one. It was half full so I had to get back in line amd pay for more when I got the fork. 2/10 won't be coming back. Petty to charge me for that small amount of sauce.

Absolutely the most horrible and disgusting zaxbys location. RUDE STAFF AND HORRIBLE QUALITY FOOD. NEVER CAN GET THE ORDER CORRECT. FOOD IS ALWAYS BURNT COLD AND DISGUSTING. BYER BEWARE, DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS LOCATION. COMPLETE WASTE OF HARD EARNED MONEY. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

Food is not consistent. Workers are rude and rush you. I only go to this location due to location. I ordered a pickup and went to get it and the doors were locked (12 pm) and I knocked on the window. I told her both doors were locked and she said “I KNOW” and continues to tell me I’m going to have to wait a while since there was only 2 workers. Some odd time later some food is thrown on the counter and I assumed it was mine.
