Review This Is It! Southern Kitchen & Bar-b-q - Fayetteville

Food was good. We just left this location because it was very uncomfortable. The floor was greasy and all the customers including the waitress was sliding across the floor. I've never been so disappointed with this location. My husband order the #9 and the chicken was not cooked fully, so he reordered the fish. Husband went to restroom and it was nasty. Not impressed anymore With "This Is It# anymore. The more they expand and franchise out, the service and atmosphere goes in a negative direction. The prices have increased and the food portions are smaller. Rib tips once were the best, but now they are dry and have very little meat on the bone. This Is It ...Is No Longer All That!!!!!

This was great home cooking! The 2 dine for $25 was such a great deal and my husband I couldn't even eat half our meal! Fresh and delicious! Also the staff was so very sweet to us! I'm glad we came here to celebrate our anniversary! Enjoyed it thoroughly!

Outstanding customer service - hosts and hostesses are super friendly. The food was mediocre and extremely overpriced. The barbecue sauce was delicious, but the ribs were very tough and too chewy. The mac n cheese was yucky....tasted like it was out of a box. I've had much better southern food directly from my mother's kitchen. This place is not worth the price. I would not recommend.

I paid $14 for a Rib tip plate that was tough as nails and immediately made me sick. It didn't taste Like pork should taste at all. Not trying to be funny but I don't see how they're still in business!! Tonight was my first time going only because they were the only place open in the pavilion but I'll never be back in fact when I drive by I'm looking the other way. I pray to God I don't get food poisoning.

The food was very good. Seasoning on the veggies was spot-on!!! My neck bones and rice truly hit the spot and the waitress was nice as well as happy to serve. Definitely would recommend it to anyone who is looking for good southern soul food. And prices were good.

For my first time eating there, I'm not happy. I love soul food and this food is not so much soul in this food, more like just having food on the line to keep the customers coming. I ordered the "Rib Tips" because that's what they tend to advertise on the commercials. The ribs are tough and chewy and the taste of this pork is not good and the cabbage has no flavor. Im not going back. Thanks but no thanks.

What an awful experience. Knocked out Christmas shopping on Saturday 12/17 at Fayetteville Pavilion and wanted to get some takeout on the way home. The food overall is mediocre at best but I do like the meatloaf. There was none on the line and the server opened the kitchen and asked the chef "how long on meatloaf?" Her first response was 30 minutes and then she said 5 minutes, We paid and waited. After 15 minutes I asked what's going on and was told another 5 minutes. So now it is about 25 minutes and I walk up to the line and see a guy starting to serve a woman who came in 20 minutes after me some meatloaf. I said I have been waiting for almost 30 minutes and the guy on the line said "I did not cook the food" REALLY? The woman who was working the dining room and was quick to tell us what she does not do finally brought out the food and with a smirk and then nasty grin said "here is your food..thank you" The food is not that good so it will not be a great loss not going there anymore but my reason for writing this is that the 2 employees were indignant with my wife and I. The messed us around and had an attitude with us. Customer service at an all time low.

Took 20 minute's to order! Cashier was doing something with my card & I asked her what she was doing because the swipe was on the side of the register not behind it, she said nothing. I'm monitoring my account for any suspicious activity. The waiter took 10 minute's to bring us silverware & 16 minutes to bring our beverages. After I ate the food my stomach started to hurt & the next day which is today I am experiencing vomiting & constant bowel movement! I would recommend just purchasing their sauce & cook the food on your own. I wouldn't want you to feel how I'm feeling.

First time place here at new location clean friendly staff food very good one of the server came over ask how everything was and could he bring us anything of coarse im a big girl that likes to eat had on white i ask for an apron he brought one out love it�

The best soul food in Atlanta and surrounding areas. I love going to the one on campcreek and in Fayetteville. Haven't tried the new location in Fayetteville yet but so soon. Their Brunswick stew is awesome. Was looking for that all around and didn't know they had... Good food i tell you!. There menu is awesome with great selections.

Great food a must visit place if you have a taste for some great soul food

I love the spicy bbq sauce. The ribs are good. Mac n cheese and collard greens are on point. Service was excellent.

We ate here this evening for dinner. We went to the table to be seated and there was a huge roach on the wall. We went to another table and immediately told our waiter about the roach and pointed it out to him. We should have asked for our money back and left then...but we didn't�. About 8 minutes went by and the roach was still crawling on the wall. I asked for the manager and when she came out i explained to her and pointed out the roach to her as well. She didnt seem at all surprised and did not apologize. Situations like this should be taken seriously at any restaurant. And on top of that my rib tips were so tough and hard to chew....not fresh at all. We are now home and I am very nauseous and my stomach hurts really bad. I will never be back to this location...and probably not any other one.

The food was Great!! The rib tips are tender.. Bbq sauce is delicious.. Sweet potatoes are sweet and good... I would definitely go there a buy there sauce again and again

I asked the server if the green beans were out of a can? He said to me ole no mam everything we cook here is fresh.but when i got my food which i had to wait on because i ordered four chicken wings well they were the size of baby bird's. the green beans were fresh out the can didn't even cook them.for that you get two��because the Mac and cheese was good.

The service and food were awesome. I will definitely go back. I had the rib tips they were amazing

I will not be back the ribs were hard and all the side were nasty and the tables was nasty the whole 30 mins I was there eating everyone standing around when the restaurant was nasty

Ahem! (Sorry... clearing my throat after gobbling down your rib tips) WOWZA!! I am so glad I turned around on 85 and went back to grab me some lunch here today. Ni and Dee were AMAZING! The rib tips and Brunswick stew are to die for! This was a two-napkin, face-washin lunch... loved it! Will be back Friday to try the cat fish and that amazing pumpkin yumminess you let me sample! Wonderful! So glad you are in town!

The most helpful and friends staff I've ever encountered! Food is great, but service is EXCELLENT!!
