The cashiers and self checkout employees are INCREDIBLE! They are ALWAYS welcoming and helpful. The young gentleman working the self checkout area today 3/20/22 was so kind and attentive to this woman who was having an issue with the self checkout machine and helped solve the problem. He was very respectful to me as I was passing by and wished he would have a good day! So thankful for all the employees here at Kroger!

It’s amazing how you can have a Store Manager at this Kroger that can’t handle a customers request at the service desk. A simple money order. What ever happened to finding the one way to help a paying customer…

Great prices. Nice employees. I ordered cheese from the deli and bacon from the meat department. I like this store. Looks like a Winn Dixie with prices like an Aldi.

I purchased a sale pack of Beef patties and the next day the red color completely ran out and they looked grey. True enough they were on sale.
But if it's that bad , why sell it? Profit I'm sure, not concern. I'm sure I would have gotten sick if I ate it.
I threw it out. I sent a online complaint and got a reference number etc. said to call a customer service number for more info. they responded that they would send it to the manger of the store. I called the customer service number and gave the reference and told the person I expect a refund. She advised me after holding and a call back that I had to bring the bad meat back to the store. The person who email the information w/the reference did not mention that at all. Not on the same page.
Will not buy meat from Kroger again. I know it was on sale but it's the principal. I can understand if it can be eaten.

This is MY neighborhood Kroger. This is why I most often pass my local Krogers and drive to the one further down in Fayetteville. I looked for a Store Mánager to address the condition of the front of the store and could not find one. Other photos were too blurry to post. I think you all ŕcan do better.

Today I witnessed two women harass another elderly woman over a parking space they wanted. They verbally and physically intimidated her out of her personal parking spot. It is unsafe here….also the store workers are mean and they are always out of stock. Trash everywhere and all around bad vibes.
