I remember long ago when this place was absolutely delicious. New management has totally destroyed this place. Last Friday, I ordered 2 pints of White Turtle ice cream and I was horrified when I didn’t get one single crunch of pecan. So I thought, “okay this must be a bad batch. I went back Wednesday and ordered the same thing. One pecan in the first pint and two in the second pint. I called up there and ask them why did I only get 3 pecans out of 2 pints of ice cream. A girl told me that I have to pay extra for pecan topping if I want more!

Everytime I go here I have the best experience. The girl with blonde hair that works here is always so nice and friendly. She always has a smile on her face and i can tell she makes the most out of her work. Everytime I order the same thing and it’s always perfect every time. She takes her time on her work and does it very nicely. I will definitely be coming back to this location many many times. AMAZING WORKER. Also the ice cream is always so good. Can never go wrong with it. I’m always pleased when I order from here.

I have to agree with the latest negative reviews. I've been there many times before then after a long pause, went back. I ordered 2 Key Lime shakes, expecting a wonderful treat. Unfortunately they were both made with an inedible soured milk. After just a little bit of it I found myself sick to my stomach the next day, and unable to leave the bathroom! What happened to my treat!

This place gets worse and worse…. Save your money and go somewhere else locally! The manager cursed at me and refused to remake the sundae that had the wrong flavor ice cream then he decided to rudely slam the window right in my face!

I really like Bruster's ice cream. They know how to make a tasty banana split and hot fudge sundae. Much better than Baskin Robbins.

Tried to give this place several chances but each time is such a let down. Always get the Italian ice blue pop. It's always sour and pale in color. The morrow locations is deep blue while this one is powder blue and hard and crumbly. There's honestly way better ice cream options in Fayetteville. Andys, Freddy's, Dairy queen

I will not be returning to this location. My son has a extreme milk allergy and I asked for a icey. The lady at the window tells me I need to learn what I'm ordering and that a icey has milk product. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone . They are disrespectful!

Expensive but delicious. It's my family's favorite place for ice cream. The Dino sundaes are adorable for the kids.
