My family had a conglomeration of menu items. Luau burger wasn’t a favorite. Plain tasting was the verdict as it was not to CFA standards. The Hawaiian chicken tacos and Hawaiian cod sandwich were excellent. My kids had mixed reviews of Tropical nuggets. Cranberry lime lemonade would be great as a mixed adult beverage but kinda strong as is. The frosted Hawaiian frozen drink is a 3/5. Bubble strawberry lemonade is a 5/5.

Our service today was terrible. While the crew was friendly as expected, whoever filled the bag for our drive thru order was definitely not paying attention. Our French fries were left out and they included the wrong Salad dressing. Everything was correct on the receipt.

Cool concept! Can’t wait to visit when the dining room is open to try the entire menu. Drive-thru only options as of late Nov. The sweet potato waffle fries and chicken tacos could have been fresher (I hold Chick-Fil-A to a higher standard). However, the Hawaiian chicken nuggets and Luau burger were hot. Also tried the peach tea (excellent) and the strawberry bubble lemonade. The bubble tea lemonade isn’t worth the $5 price when it’s just their regular lemonade with overly sweet strawberry flavored balls. Wasn’t a long wait, we arrived at 11:30 right before the lunch rush. My curiosity to try the entire menu is what will bring me back in the future!

taste great love the luau theme and outside is a great place sitting by the water fall and looking at the fish its verybig makes pancakes and other breakfast menu,s like that and they also serve you like a real fancy restaurant

My gf and I drove from Orlando for their food, and our conclusion is they should definitely stay with chickens. The burger was dry, so I asked for a remake, but it is the same. Also the tacos we get didn’t meet our expectations. One thing that is really good is the sweet potato fries. 💯 recommended. Sadly we didn’t get to experience the dining service and food, so I can’t not say much about that.

Pretty fun! The staff was fantastic and friendly. We got the burger and the tacos. There is a reason they stick to chicken, but it was still fun to try. I definitely recommend every chick fil a fan tries this place out!

Pretty decent experience for my first time. I got the Hawaiian nuggets with sweet potato fries and peach tea. The sweet potato fries were good, they’re an acquired taste so I’ll probably stick to the regular waffle fries. But there was no line at 6:45 on a Monday, got in and out shockingly. Will come again though to try something else!!

The food was great but the service was terrible. We drive over an hour to try this place and it was so disappointing. My fiancé and I both used to be CFA managers and we could tell this was purely due to poor management. Empty tables everywhere but they wouldn’t seat us for over 20 minutes because the kitchen was backed up. Then it took 30 minutes more to get our food. I truly felt bad for asking my fiancé to drive so far to try this place.

Today was our first time! The food was great, the service was amazing. We have 3 young children and it started pouring, 2 of the employees led us to our car with umbrellas. I highly recommend this place.

Chick Fil A with and upscale vibe and menu!
Really enjoyed my Hawaiian BBQ nachos which were piled high, tried some of the appetizers which were great and a Pineapple milkshake in a tiki shaped glass.
My only downside which was odd is my sweet tea wasn’t conformity to ALL of the Chick Fil A sweet tea’s that I have ever had and never a difference in taste.
Atmosphere was Awesome! If not too hot try eating out by the waterfall.. way cool!

The service on the sit down side at lunchtime yesterday was absolutely terrible. I mean horrible! It was my first time there (which was highly recommended) we had to wait 10 minutes to be seated he said bc they had to clean off a table. There wasn’t many people in there at that time and plenty of tables were open. Once we got seated it took well over 15 minutes to be greeted by our server just to order drinks. Again there wasn’t many people there at this time but there were 2 other people that were complaining they had waited over an hour for their food that came out cold and they sent it back and the other guy had been waiting 40 minutes for a Togo order. At this point we walked out after waiting almost 30 minutes and still hadn’t go to order our food with my toddler which at this point was very fussy after waiting for nothing. Very disappointing!!!

Worst biscuits I have ever had from a Chick-fil-a location. So gross! They were cold and hard. Waiting in line so long in the drive thru to get that food and then it sucked really making me wish I would’ve went else where. So disappointed!

The menu is wonderful and the grandchildren love the Hawaiian theme. Great service and also great value. Four of us ate for under $50.

Slow.......but really great food. Need better faster service especially dine in side. Greeter is extremely slow.... if he sees someone he knows he will leave u standing at front door to visit...... until you get preturbed. Otherwise if u have the time the food is awesome.
