I had a taco that was messed up and the manager was extremely professional and respectful to me. He replaced my taco and provided me with 2 more tacos and a burrito on him and three free taco vouchers. Placing the order was quick. They lost my order due to a computer malfunction but were kind enough to refund my money and I didn't ask them to do that. Shows real genuine customer care and swrvice. The food was good and the place was clean.

Went through the drive thru yesterday and ordered a blackbean crunchwrap supreme, a couple tacos, and a burrito and fries. Was given a crunchwrap with meat. Completely ruined my evening and was unable to eat my meal as I'M A VEGETARIAN! It's not rocket science.
