I had a taco that was messed up and the manager was extremely professional and respectful to me. He replaced my taco and provided me with 2 more tacos and a burrito on him and three free taco vouchers. Most places I go too would just replace the item but he certainly looks like he takes pride in running the restaurant and made me feel valued as a customer. I definitely will return to this Taco Bell.

Placing the order was quick. They lost my order due to a computer malfunction but were kind enough to refund my money and I didn't ask them to do that. Shows real genuine customer care and swrvice. The food was good and the place was clean.

This used to be my favorite branch but corporate has left this branch to rot. They are understaffed and haven't had a functional credit card machine in 2 weeks? I hope they're higher ups see this review and realize how much business they are losing

As I sat waiting on my food a male employee continuously talked quite loudly and negatively about customers both in the drive thru as well as in the store while customers were present. His serious lack of etiquette was very off putting and quite unprofessional. The food I received was good and the time in which it was received was reasonable considering the number of people ordering food but the employees lack of regard lead me to review because he seemed to be in a leadership or management position.

We were surprised the line for drive thru wasn't packed with the return of Nacho Fries!! I barely placed my order in the app as we were heading to this location that our order was ready before we reached the parking lot!! My favorite is the MLK location for this area, but I'm slowly moving towards the Joyce location being added to my favorites as the service (depending on shift) was awesome today and I didn't have to place a complaint call. Thanks for making my daughter's happy and bringing back Nacho Fries!!

Went through the drive thru yesterday and ordered a blackbean crunchwrap supreme, a couple tacos, and a burrito and fries. Was given a crunchwrap with meat. Completely ruined my evening and was unable to eat my meal as I'M A VEGETARIAN! It's not rocket science.

Food was delicious, but the service was unprofessional. Young adults (associates) at the drive thru complaining about customers that had multiple orders and if not complaining, just acting very immature.
