I always order extra crispy chicken but when I get it it's all soggy. I buy it because once I'm home I put it on oven to crisp it up. You do this you don't have to wait so long in another line.

Two words: immensely disappointing. Order was wrong despite me giving it to the staff three separate times. (Twice at the intercom and once at the window) and all of the food was bland and cold as well. I’d rather drive to springdale than repeat this experience. Or better yet, I’ll just go to Popeye
