This is what two of the three quesadillas I purchased looked like. Hardly any cheese hardly and meat and NO sauce on them. Spent $28 for what? Tortilla? I would like to be refunded my money since I did not get what I paid for. This might be the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. It should not be acceptable to give this to customers. I waited a good 20 minutes in line for my food as well and based off of the soggy tacos I’m sure my food sat there the entire time.

Ordered at the counter. After waiting 30 minutes, I got someone's attention and asked how much longer before my food was ready. They told me that "my name had been bumped."

Half of both crunchwraps were just empty and uncooked tortilla. My chicken quesadillas were the same way. Less than half a scoop of chicken on each and little to no cheese on either one. I received no receipt and the store phone rang for 20 consecutive minutes before I hung up and decide to leave this review instead.

I Would probably rate lower if I could. I frequent this location and time and time again my order is incorrect. Whether my order is missing items or the items I’ve ordered are assembled lazily or without care. I am so tired of a simple order being incorrect and I’m beyond tired of paying for “extra cheese,” and then being fleeced with a grilled tortilla and nothing else. I will not be coming back for a long, long time, if at all. This Taco Bell is beyond disappointing.

Best TB in Fay, hands down. I had an issue with a mobile order and I called up. They were so nice, and extremely helpful. I was taken care of immediately. I didn’t get his name, but he needs a raise. I asked for a manager and he said “well, can I help you with something?” And he did. Bam. That’s an employee you want to promote quickly.

They will certainly "wow" you, but not in a good way. If you like being treated as an inconvenience after frustratingly long waits for incorrect/incomplete orders then this spot is for you. Based on my extensive experience with this location: If you like to roll the dice, I'd say you have a 50% chance at a correct order (the larger the order, the lower the % of a correct order) and a 25% chance to have a pleasant interaction with an employee. This Taco Bell makes me sad.
