Mcdonald's

Avoid this place late night. Ran by teenagers who make fun of you for your order and are slow as you know what...was asked to pull forward with only one car behind and received cold food and when asked for ketchup was told it was at the bottom of the bag but when I checked and it wasn't there the lady rolled here eyes and went and brought out two packages for a 4 people meal. Will be talking to corporate. Daytime crew is much better. Hope the owner sees this and makes a chance to night management.

Me: I don't mind waiting for fresh made out-of-the-fryer..." Window: "absolutely sir we will make it fresh to order!" Me: totally disappointed 100% of the time when fries are soggy and cold burgers are slopped together with 360° ketchup everywhere. Somehow I always end up there in a pinch and it's the same story over and over. Finally getting around to leaving the one star that I should have left years ago.

This McDonald's is...something. The area where the drinks and ketchup are is so disgusting that it induces loss of appetite. It is also impressive that 99% of the tables are empty yet they are all dirty. I am not sure when the last time the floor was mopped but it felt like I was walking on a frozen lake it was so slick. The food is decent, I will give them that, but the cleanliness of the store kills any positives that there are. I gave this McDonald's multiple chances but never again.

I went through the drive thru tonight and the guys who said he was the manager was rude. They didn't get my order right and he told me I would have to go back through and reorder what I wanted and pay for it. That was after he spilled drinks down the side of my car and didn't even apologize. I went back to the window, because there was a line, asked for his name and he told me he didn't have time to talk to me. Slammed the window and walked away.

I stop by this McDonald’s every morning on my way to work. I use the mobile order app every morning. This morning I couldn’t get it to work. When I got to the 1st window the lady told me it just popped up and she was making sure it was me. She then told me that she couldn’t give me a receipt to get one at the first window. When I got to the first window the manager asked me if I had the big order I told him no I had only ordered one breakfast sandwich. I asked if I could get a receipt he walked off. Then my mobile app popped up that I had ordered $41 of breakfast sandwiches. I told him there was a mistake and he said it was to late I already paid and ask what can I do. I got my order and sandwiches are missing so now I’ve paid for sandwiches I didn’t want and now don’t have. And I still don’t have a paper receipt. I didn’t know this McDonald’s was hurting for money that they have to rob their customers.
