Pizza Hut

placed an online order using a coupon ive used before. I called this location to confirm the amount of cinnamon sticks i’m getting since last time it was wrong(said i get 10 only got 5). I get things happen no biggie. the man first starts telling the people cooking i want to replace part of my order for more sticks. I said “no i was calling to confirm i’m going to get 10 not replace them.” the man kept arguing with me saying that it comes with 5, when i was trying to explain to him i used a coupon that tells me 10. i then hear someone else in the location scream “tell him to make up his d*** mind.” first of all i’m a woman, and second that was incredibly disrespectful considering THE WEBSITE says i get 10. Is that seriously a considerate way to talk to a paying customer who was just trying to ask a question? will definitely stick with Dominos or Papa Johns!

So my husband picked up pizza here earlier this month. When he went to look at the pizza and bread sticks, everything was burnt. When he questioned the front counter lady, he was blown off and told that's the best they could do. We still ate it, but it was dry and hard from the overcooking. I gave it a 2 stars because not all of our pizza here has been bad. Things happen, I get it. It's how we choose to handle them that leaves the lasting impression.
