Star Burgerhaus

Went at lunch time on a Tuesday. Service through the drive thru was very slow (12 min from payment to food and no one else in the drive thru), the speaker system is difficult to understand as it is very low on the menu sign. Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with no veggies, instead received a grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce and no condiments or seasonings and the chicken was so thin it could have been mistaken for a fillet of fish. The fries added an extra star as they were tasty and seasoned well. Probably will not return even though the location is convenient to my office.

I ordered food from bite squad and found several hairs in my food and got a cold soggy bottom bun. I called and asked for money back with the issues they said they would give us or money back $30+ or so. I went just down the road and I spoke to the front girl and she got the manager. The manager then said to me that's it's up to bite squad. We got ahold of bite squad and they said that's it's up to the eatery. I can understand a hair in the food it happens, but a cold soggy bun and I know it's not bite squad fault because they picked it up and brought it very quickly. I haven't had any issues from this I like the food. I just don't want the run around.

I’ve been here many of times and ask myself why I did every single time. Expect to be disappointed with your burger. It will be burnt and drenched in condiments and falling apart in your hands. If you get the chicken especially the chicken strips expect those to be burnt too. If you’re in a hurry for lunch break don’t choose here they will take 20 minutes plus to make your meal. The speaker on the drive through is so broken and old you can’t hear one word the attendant says through it. The food is very overpriced as well for what you get. The worst part I have to say is the food quality and overall the employees and staff that work here. They seem so inexperienced and way too laid back it’s very unpleasant to see. I have stopped going here and hope they put something new in this spot that actually strives for greatness.

I ordered a chicken sandwich to have delivered to me at work along with fries and a drink. My order was incomplete. The driver stated she was never given a drink to deliver. I called and spoke to the manager and told him the driver said she would return with the rest of my order. He took my name and stated next time I came in and the next meal would be on them. The chicken sandwich was awful. It was literally the frozen, breaded strips that tasted like they heated them in the microwave. I recently went by, since I was in the area, and me and a friend was going to give them a second chance. The manager stated he couldn't find my name and was sorry someone told me they would replace. No big problem for me, just thought I would see if any other sandwich was worth eating there. But , it was not something I would risk spending my own money to find out. We chose to go elsewhere.

I think this is a great hidden gem. The food is great! The food is reminiscent of smashburger. Even the shakes are good. The employees definitely put extra work into the flavor and presentation of the food. It's takes a little longer to cook to freshness but I don't mind waiting. The only drawback is the food is pricey for the neighborhood. I would come more often if the food was cheaper. And the building decor is dated. To me it still looks like the old Mr. Burger joint on the outside. Otherwise a great find!

The service was excellent and the place was the cleanest burger place I've ever seen, Including the bathrooms. The Willy burger was great! Wonderful flavor. I also had a veggie burger wasn't bad but I definitely pre free a beef burger. The onion rings where so good. Also the staff was fast and polite. I'd definitely eat here again.
