This morning, I came to get some breakfast and I ordered a caramel iced coffee as I usual, I opened the lid and there’s a fly floating at the top. The person who gave me my food at the window was also very rude and was just swirling the cup in my face and not saying anything at all. Very careless.

Highly unprofessional. I was doing a delivery and the bag felt light and when I shaked it I didn't hear ice so I opened it. I was correct they didn't have the drink. The lady doing the drive through window around 9:30 p.m 04/11/22 caught the worst attitude that I opened the bag instead of realizing
