Highly unprofessional. I was doing a delivery and the bag felt light and when I shaked it I didn't hear ice so I opened it. I was correct they didn't have the drink. The lady doing the drive through window around 9:30 p.m 04/11/22 caught the worst attitude that I opened the bag instead of realizing a mistake had been made. She kept saying your not supposed to open it.Then she gave me the wrong size cup and I told her and she said they didn't have large cups and walked off with the worst attitude on earth. You never know who is watching you so that poor customer service that was presented could have been happening to someone elite. Dont take a job like that if you can't do the fundamentals. I told the customer why I opened it and he thanked me for opening it to see. They would rather be sure they got what they wanted than having to complain through the delivery service app. I would have never even made the review if her attitude wasn't so horrible.

This location is ridiculous. With this most recent exchange, I can confidently say I’ll never order anything from this location ever again. I ordered lunch for myself and my kid with two apple pies as a little surprise treat for later. I ordered just before 1PM and recieved my order after about 25-30 minutes (this location is always incredibly slow so I’m sure my dasher was just stuck waiting as we don’t live that far away). I opened the bag to find that the apple pies had an “Enjoy By: May 31st @ 10:47am”. What? It was already nearly 2.5-3hrs after that time and my order wasn’t even placed until 1 - which means they completely neglected to throw out any food past it’s expired serve/consume time. This is completely unacceptable. I immediately contacted DoorDash and showed them the picture of my order time/accepted time and the ‘enjoy by’ date and time. I received a refund, but I wasn’t going to stop there. Hence this review. This location has been complete garbage since we moved in the area less than a year ago. Easily the worst location in Fayetteville, as another reviewer noted. The employees can’t put the right food in the right bags, can’t speak to people in a professional manner, can’t seem to move with a purpose (as in quickly when doing a task - also hence the term “Fast Food”). Just absolutely embarassing. You’d never have a problem like this with Chick-Fil-A. Just saying.

Went through the drive thru. Used one of those online codes for a discount. Didn't look like they actually took the discount off so I asked when I got to the window and the girl said she did. I got the receipt and she hadn't but I asked about it at the second window and the manager fixed it and gave the difference back. Fast service, clean place, nice manager, fixed the problem.

This McDonald’s is literally the worst one in fayetteville period. Customer service is trash i have to deal with terrible attitudes every time i go there. The staff act like they mad that you ordering food and my food is WRONG 99% of the time after waiting in the line thats wrapped around the building all the time. Employees dont wear gloves and dont move with a purpose at all. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SPENDING YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE.

It's always a coin flip type of experience at this and " most " of McDonald's fast food restaurants I've been to. A few really good managers here and of course a few not so good ones, you just never know who's working when you pull up to place your order. The best part is when you have to wait for 20 minutes for a frappe to be brought out to you the exact way that you did NOT order it. Lol
