We don't have Bojangles in Milwaukee so when I come home, this is definitely a stop I make. 2 Bo Berry Biscuits and a 3 piece chicken dinner with Cajun rice. Always great and flavorful. Being down South its always Southern hospitality, not rude and ghetto like up north🤣🤣

Was told we had to wait for 10minutes for chicken sandwich & fries. 15 minutes later we got a flat soda, soggy fries & 2 of the worlds worst chicken sandwiches. Paid almost $15 for food that we couldn’t eat for fear of food poisoning. The lettuce definitely had clear signs of rot. The chicken was overcooked, dried out & burnt. 🤢 Usually I am a huge fan of Bojangles but this was just a health hazard through & through.

First time in a bojangles and I have to say, I'm very impressed. Chicken was hot, crunchy and very juicy. Good mash potatoes and gravy, cool creamy Coleslaw and the fries were great. Biscuits was crunchy but soft like a cloud in the inside and the tenders were good too.Only thing negative I have to say is that the mac & cheese was not all that.

We were missing a meal from our order and I called and came back to the store and they took GREAT care of us! The Customer service was top tier, honestly surprised me. I don’t like complaining but they were great, Ivory is a great asset to this location and couldn’t be more happy with how this turned out.

Typical Bojangles. Service was a bit slow, but as always, the biscuits are worth waiting for. We also had the chicken strips and tea. Nothing bad to say about the place.

3/30/22 the front counter cashier I can’t remember her name it started with and S i want to say it was Shantivia or something close to it. I want to thank her Again for her outstanding customer service. I wash having trouble with my card and Shantivia was generous enough to buy my meal for me. The food was fresh and tasty! Love this location it’s always my goto.

Only the drive-thru was open. Doors to the lobby restaurant were locked. The drive-thru was extremely slow the only process One customer at a time it would take the order wait for them to pay give them the order and then take the next customer's order there were four cars ahead of me and it took almost 15 minutes to get my food

This place needs some management training. I tried to order breast and drumsticks at dinner time and was told they would take 15 min to cook. After waiting 20 min for food, I went back and asked if my order was ready and was told another 3 min. I declined pulling forward again since it had already been so long. The employee proceeded to fuss at me. When the manager refunded my money, there was no apology given for their incompetence. This isn't the first time they've done this. Won't be back again.
