Church's Chicken

4 stars has to do with only one thing... We went there and used the online coupon that they have. It was a mix and match of legs and thighs... If you read that properly it means plural legs and plural thighs... However inside the box who is legs and thigh. I'm thinking that they did this because of the coupon used. Either way it's kind of shady to give all legs and one thigh. Aside from that the place is great the chicken's good love the mac and cheese and the mashed potatoes are excellent.

I'm going to be honest I didn't come in here with a good attitude because I had to wear a mask but that all changed quickly. The staff here were super nice and seemed to enjoy their job. They got all of our food out in a timely and the establishment was very clean. They treated my buddies and myself well. I wish more fast food restaurants we're like this.

Blind trust report: 1. They gave 3 star quality service. 2. Item missing: Green bean 3. (Friendly service, fast service) 4. It allows for food preparation to be seen; when in lobby. 5. In my opinion all restaurants receive 3 stars out of my standard rating scale in the blind trust report. How well can you blindly trust your restaurant?

The inside was closed and we were there between 1 - 2pm. We were told they honored 1 coupon per car. We got the order then pulled back around to the drive thru behind 1 car. We realized they left off the okra in the order and she walked around to ask them to complete it. Meanwhile we ordered a 7pc mixed. We asked for no thighs she said we have to get them. I drove to the window and asked what comes in it and she said whatever the packer puts in it. Then they left out the biscuits that were supposed to be in the order. They were talking loudly and said we should have cooked at home. I was very disappointed.

YADKIN ROAD CHURCH'S----SMH.... I grew up with Church's from way back in the early 70's so I am an objective person I feel and I want to be honest in my evaluation. Now on to business...Yadkin Road...This location can be frustrating because I visited once a week for about a month straight and every trip either they were closed due to an oil spill....had no spicy chicken, mac n cheese, no Jalepeno, no , no ,no ...and another visit no carbonated drinks. Always something it seems. I did get an order of spicy chicken last week and it was burnt so I called the manager and he offered to replace the chicken so I had my 3 pc cooked fresh. And this is the problem: The fresh cooked chicken was done almost to perfection. Nite and day from the burnt stuff I received earlier. Why can't we offer quality the first time? Do it right OR do it twice my mother used to say. I can understand lack of staff issues makes workers fatigued that do try and come to work but as a food service establishment either you toe the line or you close down. PERIOD!! I understand human error but as a franchise your job is to be consistent with the quality that has your business established. This is truly what gives you the advantage over the new Mom and Pop shops. So if you keep your doors open then customers expect quality NOT excuses. SHIP UP or SHIP OUT!
